{"id":897,"date":"2018-05-29T07:54:10","date_gmt":"2018-05-29T07:54:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lecampingdulac18.definima.net\/cgv\/"},"modified":"2025-12-18T09:38:46","modified_gmt":"2025-12-18T09:38:46","slug":"gsc","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/lecampingdulac18.definima.net\/en\/gsc\/","title":{"rendered":"General Conditions of Sales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>I \/ RESERVATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Any reservation implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, payment of a deposit, and booking fees (if applicable).<br \/>\nThe reservation will be considered final upon receipt of the deposit and written confirmation from Camping du Lac.<br \/>\nMinors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.<br \/>\nAs the reservation of a pitch or accommodation is made in the name of the customer, it may not be sublet or transferred.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>II \/ PAYMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1 \u2013 Booking fees<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The booking fee amounts to \u20ac10 per rental or reserved pitch.<br \/>\nThese fees are waived for camping pitch stays starting before 14 July or after 15 August, as well as for Rando\/Cyclo pitches.<br \/>\nIn the event of cancellation, booking fees are non-refundable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>2 \u2013 Deposit \/ Balance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Studio and Lodge rentals:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If the reservation is made less than 30 days before the start of the stay, full payment is required at the time of booking.<\/li>\n<li>If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a deposit of 25% of the total amount plus booking fees is required at the time of booking.<br \/>\nThe balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Camping pitches:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If the reservation is made less than 30 days before the start of the stay, full payment is due at the time of booking.<\/li>\n<li>If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a deposit of 25% of the stay amount plus booking fees is required.<br \/>\nThe customer may pay the balance on arrival. However, in the event of cancellation less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, <strong>the full balance of the stay becomes immediately due<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In the absence of a reservation, payment for the stay may be made on departure, subject to the deposit of an identity document.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>III \/ CANCELLATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1 \u2013 Unused services<\/strong><br \/>\nIn the event of late arrival or early departure, no refund or reduction will be granted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2 \u2013 Cancellation by the customer (excluding specific insurance)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellation 30 days or more before the scheduled date: the deposit and booking fees are retained by the campsite<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: the full amount of the stay is due.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3 \u2013 Cancellation by the campsite<\/strong><br \/>\nIn the event of cancellation attributable to the campsite (excluding cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances requiring cancellation for safety reasons), the customer will be fully refunded all amounts paid.<br \/>\nSuch cancellation shall not give rise to any claim for compensation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>4 \u2013 <em>Campez-Couvert<\/em> cancellation insurance<\/strong><br \/>\nOptional \u201ctravel\/cancellation\/interruption of stay\u201d insurance (2.9% of the stay amount) may be taken out at the time of booking.<br \/>\nOnly insured customers are entitled to reimbursement in accordance with the terms of the Campez-Couvert contract.<br \/>\nIn the event of cancellation, the campsite must be informed as soon as the event occurs.<br \/>\nIf the claim is covered by the General Conditions of the insurance, the event must be declared to the insurer within 48 hours, together with all required supporting documents.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>IV \/ STAY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1 \u2013 Camping pitches<\/strong><br \/>\nThe maximum number of persons per pitch is 6, including young children.<br \/>\nArrivals take place between 3.00 pm and 7.00 pm. Departures must take place before midday.<br \/>\nAny departure after midday will result in the charging of an additional night.<br \/>\nAny delayed arrival must be notified. Pitches are held for 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date. After this period, they will no longer be reserved and the full amount of the stay will be due.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2 \u2013 Studio and Lodge rentals<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Upon arrival, two security deposits will be required (cheque, bank card or cash):<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u20ac350 for the rental and its equipment<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u20ac50 (Studio or Lodge Nature) or \u20ac70 (Lodge Confort) for cleanliness<\/p>\n<p>These deposits will be returned separately after inventory and cleanliness inspection.<\/p>\n<p><u>Low season<\/u>: arrivals on any day, with a minimum stay of 2 nights; key handover by appointment.<br \/>\n<u>July\u2013August<\/u>: arrivals and departures on Saturdays only (except last-minute availability);<\/p>\n<p>key handover between 4.00 pm and 7.00 pm.<br \/>\nAny delayed arrival must be notified. Rentals are held for 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date. After this time, the rental will no longer be reserved and the full amount of the stay will be due.<\/p>\n<p>The tenant must check the inventory upon arrival and report any anomaly before midday the following day.<br \/>\nDepartures are by appointment between 8.30 am and 10.00 am.<br \/>\nThe accommodation must be returned in a perfectly clean condition; any damage or cleaning required will be charged.<br \/>\nRetention of the deposit does not preclude additional compensation if costs exceed its amount.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>3 \u2013 Regulations<\/strong><br \/>\nAll guests must comply with the internal regulations displayed at the entrance to the campsite.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quiet hours between 11.00 pm and 7.00 am.<\/li>\n<li>Speed limited to 10 km\/h; traffic prohibited between 10.30 pm and 7.00 am.<\/li>\n<li>Unsupervised swimming pool: children must be accompanied by an adult; swimming shorts are prohibited.<\/li>\n<li>Pets: must be kept on a lead, tattooed, vaccinated, and declared at reception. Pets are prohibited in studios and lodges. Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited.<\/li>\n<li>Pets must never be left unattended.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Visitors are admitted only with authorisation from reception and under the responsibility of their hosts.<br \/>\nThey must park outside the campsite and do not have access to facilities (swimming pool, showers, etc.).<br \/>\nEach camper must insure their personal belongings.
